David W. Shenk and Ervin R. Stutzman team up to offer Creating Communities of the Kingdom: New Testament Models of Church Planting – a book that looks at church planting from a variety of applications culled from contemporary theology, anthropology, sociology, psychology, and communication theory. Published in 1988 by Herald Press, this book is still highly relevant today.
